This policy explains how OMNI UXV prepares public technical information. The website is designed to support preliminary research; contracts, compliance evidence and acceptance criteria remain controlled project documents.

Product models and reference values are transcribed from the product manuals supplied for this website. Each detail page identifies the source document and page. Values that depend on payload, environment, software or options are described as reference configurations.

We do not publish a price, certification, availability or performance guarantee unless it can be tied to the exact offered configuration and a current supporting record.

OMNI UXV is authorized to present the portfolio under its own brand. Source visuals may be cropped, normalized and relabeled to remove unrelated manufacturer marks. Image processing must not change the product’s functional geometry or invent a feature.

Market and regulatory articles prioritize primary sources such as regulators, standards bodies and official documentation. Material external evidence is linked where it is discussed, while batch research notes may retain access dates and search records. Engineering interpretation is written separately from source-backed facts.

Automated tools may assist source discovery, comparison, drafting, formatting and prepublication quality checks. Tool output is not treated as evidence: unsupported claims are removed or narrowed, and a topic that cannot be supported is replaced before publication. A named specialist review or first-hand test is described only when it is documented.

The publication date is visible. The updated date changes only after a material evidence review or correction; it is not a claim that every external link remained unchanged afterward.

Product images are based on supplied references. AI-generated imagery is used only for editorial concepts or non-product scenes and is labeled as illustration. We do not present an illustration as a customer deployment.

A named customer case study, partner, certificate or deployment result is published only with evidence and permission.
